Author Guidelines

A title page with Information including the name, surname, title, affiliation, e-mail of author(s) should be sent on a separate document together with the manuscript under the title “identity and contact information”

Abstract

Should be between 200 and 250 words, single line spacing, in italics and keywords between 3 to 5 words. It should include introduction statement, methodology, findings and conclusions

Main Manuscript

Not more than 6,000 words.  Each section should be distinct and well labelled.  Each article should include the following titles

*          Abstract

*          Introduction

*          Literature review

*          Methodology/methods

*          Findings

*          Conclusion

Headings:  Main headings should be in bold and capitalized.  Capitalize each word in sub-headings

Formating and Style:  Block paragraphs, 12 times new roman, 1.5 spacing, 1” margin all around, justified and well paginated at the bottom middle. Referencing should be in APA 6th or 7th edition style.

Submission of Manuscripts:  Should be submitted in Microsoft Word only. References, tables and figures if any, should be placed at their relevant section in the body of the work with appropriate legends and captions.

All comments made on any manuscript should be thoroughly corrected in a colour different from black with polite responses to the major comments of the reviewers presented on tables.

Author(s) are obligated to ensure their manuscript is devoid of plagiarism. So authors should do a plagiarism test before their final submission as they shall bear its liability and not KJEIM or the editors.

The journal accepts submissions via google form submission by clicking on the submit article page.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
